Georgia meets Santa and Santa gives up job

Yeah, mom and dad were psyched about no lines to see Santa. Georgia...not so much. Even Santa was a little disturbed. Funny thing is Grandma Gaye has a pic of Mama Kara doing the same thing at about Georgia's age.

Conversations with an 11 month old

I thought I'd post a conversation Georgia and I had this morning.

I swear she said "I love you" at the end. Also, she does seem to use "ma" and "da" for the right parents. Although she sometimes calls Rocky "da" too...

Georgia is a super drooling machine. She has two bottom teeth (sorry Paul, she is no longer in the dentures for babies club) and man are they sharp! I know because she bit my finger when I was feeling them. I suppose that is my fault.

Also, Georgia always looks so serious in her pictures. I put some videos up so you could see her playing.

Bath Hair Art

Georgia's hair is finally long enough to have some fun with! I wish they had baby styling products...her hair would look like this all the time!

Hiking

It was gorgeous again today so we went for a hike during Georgia's nap time. It turned out to be pretty bumpy ride for her, but she slept through the whole thing.

See Boston in the distance?

Saturday Play Day

Yesterday was just a regular day. Juggling home renovation projects and Georgia.
Georgia decided to roll Willits style with the fashion!

I'm not sure if Grandma Gaye dyed my shirt on her own...

My outfit matches my play mat!

On the swing with Daddy!

And on the slide!

Voting!...and Turkeys!?

Tuesday morning Brendan, Georgia and I got up early, bundled up, and walked to the polling station. There were already about 20 people in line and we saw a bunch of neighbors. On the way back, we saw the pair of Turkeys that hang out in our neighborhood. The male even showed us his very special tail feathers! We figured that was good luck for our candidates!

Georgia and I are about to roll into the polling station. A very nice police man watched her closely while Brendan and I voted (though I kept looking over at her and got worried I might accidentally mark the wrong circle...).

Look at the cute pair!

The male decided to strut his stuff.

Oh la la.

Visit with the GG's

Georgia and Brendan visited with the Great Grandparents last Sunday. Lot's of love from those two!

Bella's Birthday Party

Georgia went to another birthday party this Saturday. Her friend Bella was turning 1! It was a beautiful day here, so we walked/strollered to the party.

Georgia and the Birthday girl. Georgia got to pick a duck out.
There were all kinds of ducks and she chose the football duck.
Daddy was pretty impressed.
Note: I did comb Georgia's hair...
