Bottom teeth

We were trying to take some pics of G for holiday cards a couple of weeks ago. Here are some shots from that very fun (although not too productive) session.

Here are her two bottom teeth!
Two more coming in up top.

Vintage Georgia.

Gotta love the shocked look...

Almost there...

Aw shucks. You're so silly Mama!

Emma turned one!

Georgia attended Emma's birthday party this past weekend. There were 9 babies all around one years old! It was so much fun. Georgia's friends Paul and Bella were there in addition to all of her new friends.

Here is Georgia with the birthday girl.

Look at the baby chaos!

Georgia in the midst of the chaos.
She later got her first boy smooch from Noah.

More teeth...and drool

Georgia has new teeth to join her two beautiful bottom teeth. A left lateral incisor. Very exciting. I think I might have felt the right lateral incisor as well. Luckily this round seemed less painful as Georgia has been sleeping through the night (7:30 to 6:00) for an entire week. Brendan and I are holding our breath hoping it is here to stay. Keep your fingers crossed.

BTW: I've been trying to snap pics of Georgia's teeth but she is having none of it!

Practice Birthday

Georgia had a practice Birthday on Saturday (11 months old). She trained up on present opening and cake eating.

Here is Georgia admiring her wonderful birthday presents.

She got quite good at the opening part.

Here she is with her new Haba doll from Grandma and Grandpa Crowley.

Georgia loved the Angel Food cake. Yummy!

Got cake?

With the Santa episode now a distant memory it is time to highlight the T-Day events. Georgia's grandparents from DC came into town along with her Auntie Jackie. We also had the Great Grandparents over for T-day dinner as well as a few friends who brought a ton of pre and post dinner treats. Sandy and Bob brought some yummy wine from their trip to Italy a couple of months ago. We drank that right down.

Here is Georgia tipping back a bottle with her Great Grandmother Jackie.

Amy and Bill joined us for dinner.

Along with Sibyl, Emi, and Kev.

And the Crowley/Berwick clan of course.

Auntie Jackie with a very tired Georgia. She feel asleep soon after this picture.
Look at her cute dress and stockings from Grandma and Grandpa Crowley.

Georgia meets Santa and Santa gives up job

Yeah, mom and dad were psyched about no lines to see Santa. Georgia...not so much. Even Santa was a little disturbed. Funny thing is Grandma Gaye has a pic of Mama Kara doing the same thing at about Georgia's age.

Conversations with an 11 month old

I thought I'd post a conversation Georgia and I had this morning.

I swear she said "I love you" at the end. Also, she does seem to use "ma" and "da" for the right parents. Although she sometimes calls Rocky "da" too...

Georgia is a super drooling machine. She has two bottom teeth (sorry Paul, she is no longer in the dentures for babies club) and man are they sharp! I know because she bit my finger when I was feeling them. I suppose that is my fault.

Also, Georgia always looks so serious in her pictures. I put some videos up so you could see her playing.

Bath Hair Art

Georgia's hair is finally long enough to have some fun with! I wish they had baby styling products...her hair would look like this all the time!

It was gorgeous again today so we went for a hike during Georgia's nap time. It turned out to be pretty bumpy ride for her, but she slept through the whole thing.

See Boston in the distance?

Saturday Play Day

Yesterday was just a regular day. Juggling home renovation projects and Georgia.
Georgia decided to roll Willits style with the fashion!

I'm not sure if Grandma Gaye dyed my shirt on her own...

My outfit matches my play mat!

On the swing with Daddy!

And on the slide!

Voting!...and Turkeys!?

Tuesday morning Brendan, Georgia and I got up early, bundled up, and walked to the polling station. There were already about 20 people in line and we saw a bunch of neighbors. On the way back, we saw the pair of Turkeys that hang out in our neighborhood. The male even showed us his very special tail feathers! We figured that was good luck for our candidates!

Georgia and I are about to roll into the polling station. A very nice police man watched her closely while Brendan and I voted (though I kept looking over at her and got worried I might accidentally mark the wrong circle...).

Look at the cute pair!

The male decided to strut his stuff.

Oh la la.

Bella's Birthday Party

Georgia went to another birthday party this Saturday. Her friend Bella was turning 1! It was a beautiful day here, so we walked/strollered to the party.

Georgia and the Birthday girl. Georgia got to pick a duck out.
There were all kinds of ducks and she chose the football duck.
Daddy was pretty impressed.
Note: I did comb Georgia's hair...

So many toys... Such little time...

Happy Halloween!

Georgia had a wonderful Halloween day. She had a party at daycare, then Daddy picked her up early. She took a big nap and then got dressed to visit with friends. Unfortunately I was on a plane :( Daddy took lots of pics though!

Thanks for the pumpkin costume Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Bob!

Daddy and Georgia in front of the house.

Then a visit with our wonderful neighbors.

Georgia loves the Fall leaves.

She is a natural born leaf peeper!

She loves to leaf peep with Daddy.

She inspects them very closely.

And of course tries to eat the good ones.

A visit with Thomas and Michelle.

And Ted and Marie.

Of course they had to go see Emma in her costume.

Such a cutie too!

And a visit with the Clarks before picking Mama up at the Airport.

Dance Party USA

Georgia has discovered dancing.

She may look like her Papa...but she's got the fabulous moves of her Mama. With Georgia flare of course.

Taking steps (with help)

Georgia finally figured out how to use her push toy...With a little help from Papa.

Georgia had her 10 month check up a couple of days ago. She is doing great. Her height is in the 87th percentile and her weight is in the 70th percentile. The Drs said they would never guess she is a preemie!

Check out the videos of Georgia playing peek-a-boo with Daddy and Mama.

Crazy girl in the bath

Georgia's personality is really coming out. She is still pretty mellow and easy going, but sure likes to have fun! She loves to be tickled, chased and watch how things work. We can see her mind working all of the time.

Hey there.

You look tasty.

I'm gonna get you mama!
