We have been meaning to post a few videos of Georgia walking. Here she goes...

Don't mind the mess. We have toys everywhere!

Science and Emma

This was a great weekend. On Saturday we went to the Science Museum with Emma and her folks. They had a great frog exhibit and lots of things to play with at the Discovery Center. Georgia loved to watch the monkeys jump from tree to tree and giggled over the new baby chicks that had just hatched. Later that night we went over to Emma's house for dinner and met up with a couple of other friends who just announced they were expecting. Babies everywhere...

Georgia poking Mama in the eye (as usual). Note Georgia's hair clips are in mama's hair.

Georgia by Emma's wagon. Boy does this girl love wagons!

Brendan cuddling with the girls at dinner.

Georgia and Emma playing together.

Even sharing toys!

Red Sox Cult

Papa tortured both Georgia and Rocky with his stinky worn Red Sox hat today. Poor babies. Little did I know...

Rocky being subjected to the stinky hat.

Poor G too.

We are out of here! Long live the S.F. Giants!

Visit from baby Lila

Our friends Tara, Nick, and little Lila (7 months) came up from New York to visit with us for a couple of days. We have been dying to meet Lila in person. She is super mellow and so cute. She and Georgia got along pretty well. Lila had lots of smiles for us and Georgia liked all the extra kisses goodnight. The adults even had some fabulous cioppino for Valentines dinner (thanks again Nick).

Lila and her Daddy

We tried to get a pic of the girls together. They were not terribly cooperative. Too many toys!

They sure would sit still for breakfast though.

Georgia all smiles with her new teeth.

And just some other pics of G from that weekend. She sure is getting around. She has also added several words to her existing vocabulary (mama, dada, uh oh, and hi) , including "all done", "duck", "cat" and "mooooo." She also can point to our nose and eyes when we ask where they are. She follows basic instructions like "switch hands", "pick that up", "shut the door", "let go", and "give mama a hug"

New daycare

Georgia started a new daycare a few weeks ago. She adjusted like a champ. Although she misses Denise, Maura, and Christine, she loves her new teachers and now has a new best friend, Zoe. They hug and talk to each other. The daycare is located in Brendan's new work building. He likes to pop down and visit her during lunch or circle time. This month is music and movement, Georgia's favorite...dancing!

Georgia in the gross motor room. She loves to climb the stairs, climb through the tunnels and slides down the ramps and slides. I have to be careful not to pick her up when they are in this room because she doesn't want to leave!

Georgia by her cubby.

They made a collage of her family. The kids loves looking at their pictures.

Our friend Andi tagged us and asked us to do the following:

1. Go to wherever you keep digital photographs on your computer, and click on the fourth folder.

2. Post the fourth picture in the fourth folder.

3. Describe what is happening in the picture.

4. Tag four people to do the same.

Here's our picture (I think it is funny Andi thought my pictures were that organized-I ended up on the fourth Georgia folder and third subfolder of that folder-there were only three-, and the fourth picture). Brendan was comparing his feet to Georgia's in this pic.

I tag Beren and Shawn, Amy and Paul, Julie, and my cousin Jennifer.
